Wigge has advised Areim in its divestment of the property Boländerna 32:2 in Uppsala to Intea Fastigheter AB (publ). Before the sale, Areim secured a six‑year lease with a Swedish government agency for 6,600 sq. m., enabling continued redevelopment on the property. The property currently has 2,250 sqm of lettable area and building rights for around 16,000 sqm. The project includes renovating two existing buildings and constructing four new buildings.
Closing was held on 13 January 2026.
