Louise Sörelind is a Counsel specialized in M&A and Private Equity. Louise has experience from cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including as project leader for private equity sponsored transactions, capital raisings, asset transfers, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters and assists with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Prior to joining Wigge & Partners, Louise worked at other law firms and one of the big four accounting firms.
