Henrik Fritz is a Capital Markets specialist and has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, mergers, capital restructurings as well as related company law, governance and compliance issues. Henrik’s experience also covers financial regulatory within the cryptocurrency, financial services and markets fields. Henrik has 15 years of experience both as a lawyer with leading law firms and from investment banking as part of Handelsbanken’s corporate finance team
